Shipping policy

Which countries do you ship to? At this time, we ship to customers only within Canada and The United States

How much does shipping cost?  We offer FREE shipping on orders starting at $80 within Canada.  If you’re not eligible for free shipping, there is a standard flat rate of $12. US shipping is FREE for orders over $100 and a flat rate of $15 for purchases under this amount.

• All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario Canada
• Canada Shipping Time: 5 business days. Refund and Exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Can I pick up my purchase in person? YES! 95 Foxwell Street Toronto (York) M6N 1Y9. There is a driveway to park in. For customers using the TTC from the Bloor line take the 97A bus from Runnymede station, or the 189 bus from High Park station. Exit at at the Bruton stop which is almost directly in front of 95 Foxwell at the yellow crosswalk.

How long will it take to receive my order?  Once you place your order online, please allow 2-4 business days for us to package and ship your order (handling time). You’ll be notified as soon as your order is on its way. 

I need my package in a hurry! Can you get it to me fast? YES! If your postal code is within our GTA local Toronto radius we can get your package to you quickly by a door to door delivery service.
